The Essence of Design

A by Kamy presents a collection of cushions featuring designs directly taken from the paintings of the renowned artist Lelli de Orleans e Bragança, celebrated for her precise and beautiful depictions of nature. The collection focuses on various bird species found in the lush Atlantic Forest, which Lelli portrays in her works. Highlighted species include Saira, Surucuá, and Bem-te-vi, recurring figures in her paintings that now take center stage on these cushions. Each cushion has been meticulously embroidered by the social project 1+1+ by Kamy, reflecting the delicate handiwork of a group of artisans from southern Minas Gerais. These women, previously dedicated to coffee harvesting, have become co-creators of this collection under the guidance of visual artist Elisa Lobo. A by Kamy brings Lelli’s art into the world of home décor – a tribute to art, nature, and female empowerment, with pieces that bring authenticity and a unique handcrafted touch to any space.
