Kapri Interior Design AG (“Kapri”) markets proprietary products, third-party brand products, artisanal pieces, and works of art, selected according to aesthetic, technical, and authorial criteria. All products sold by Kapri are subject to the mandatory legal warranty provided under the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO/OR), in particular the provisions relating to manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery.
Works of art, unique pieces, and limited editions are authorial creations, produced individually and not subject to reproduction. Due to their nature, they are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund. Aesthetic characteristics, marks of the creative process, and variations in material, texture, or finishing do not constitute manufacturing defects, but rather intrinsic elements of the work itself.
Handcrafted products are made manually, which implies natural variations between pieces.
Minor variations in color, dimensions, texture, stitching, finishing, or surface irregularities are considered normal characteristics of the artisanal process and do not constitute defects.
The warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from: natural wear and tear from normal use; improper use; incorrect installation; lack of maintenance or cleaning with inappropriate products; damage caused by accidents, improper transportation, weather conditions, or pests.
Certain products are subject to an additional contractual warranty provided directly by the manufacturer. Kapri acts exclusively as an intermediary in the warranty claim process.
By Kamy products sold by Kapri are subject to the mandatory legal warranty under the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO/OR). For sales to end consumers (B2C), a legal period of 24 months applies for manufacturing defects.
By Kamy additionally grants a contractual warranty of 6 months, counted from the invoice issuance date, for duly proven manufacturing defects.
After technical analysis, By Kamy may, at its discretion: repair the product; replace the item with an equivalent product; or offer store credit for future purchases.
Not covered are: natural wear and tear; damage caused by transportation or handling by unauthorized third parties; improper use; unauthorized modifications; incorrect maintenance.
Century products marketed by Kapri are subject to the mandatory legal warranty under the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO/OR). The minimum legal period is 24 months.
The product structure is covered by the mandatory legal warranty of 24 months. Fabrics and upholstery have voluntary contractual warranties of 6 to 12 months.
Some Century fabrics are pet-friendly, offering greater resistance and easy cleaning. Pet hair, minor splashes, and everyday marks are part of life with pets. Note: This does not eliminate the need for proper care and does not cover damage from improper use or excessive scratching.
In the event of replacement of customized parts, the production and delivery time for a new item may vary between 4 and 8 months, as they are made to order.
The customer must notify Kapri immediately upon identifying the defect by emailing invoice, description of the issue, and visual evidence (photos/videos).
