These terms apply to all products and services offered by Kapri Design through this online store.
Prices are indicated in CHF and include VAT. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the system.
Payment must be made through the methods made available at checkout (PostFinance/Card). Orders only go into production after credit confirmation.
We deliver in Switzerland and other regions according to indicated deadlines. Kapri Design is not responsible for external logistical delays.
Kapri products are made to order. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Kapri Design is not responsible for indirect damages or improper use of furniture and accessories.
Business relationships are governed by Swiss Law. The exclusive jurisdiction is that of Zurich, Switzerland.
